Continental U.S. Shipping

Free shipping via the United States Postal Service First Class or Priority mail. Alaska and Hawaii rates are given at checkout. All orders placed Sunday through Friday, are shipped the next day. Orders placed on Saturday, are shipped the following Monday. We ship from and are located in Glenwood Illinois (just outside Chicago).

International Shipping

We ship internationally via United States Postal Service. Rates are given for each country at checkout.

Tracking

First Class Mail and Priority Mail come with a tracking number that will be sent to you via email when we ship your order.

Returns

We sent the wrong shirt/shirt was defective.

If you received the wrong shirt or the shirt we sent you is defective, do not just mail it back to us. Please contact us at commerservice@supersicktees.com with your order number and specifics on what we goofed on, and we will take care of it for you. You will be sent a shipping label pdf via email to print and return to us, no cost to you!

I didn't enter the correct address and my package was returned.

If you did not enter your correct address and the item is returned to us, you will be contacted and asked what you would like to do. We can cancel your order minus our initial shipping costs, or you can pay for return shipping after suppling us the correct address. The first one is on us, after that, it's on you. Please enter your complete, correct shipping address the first time to take full advantage of FREE SHIPPING.

I just don't like it, it looked better on the website.

If our super duper awesome tees just don't tickle your fancy, you can return the unworn/unwashed shirt for a full refund within 30 days. Contact us at commerservice@supersicktees.com with your order number and specifics on what you hated about the shirt. :-(

How do I exchange a shirt I purchased?

Unworn/unwashed shirts can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us at commerservice@supersicktees.com with your order number and specifics on what other shirt you have your eyes on.
